Twins place 3B Royce Lewis (hamstring) on 10-day IL

The Minnesota Twins placed third baseman Royce Lewis on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a left hamstring strain.
The move is retroactive to Saturday for Lewis, who missed the team's first 35 games of the season with the same injury.
He sustained the injury while running to first base on a single in the ninth inning of the Twins' 10-3 loss to the Houston Astros on Friday.
Lewis, 26, is batting .202 with two home runs and nine RBIs in 30 games for Minnesota. However, in his 10 games in June, he has hit .367 with one home run and six RBIs.
The first overall pick in the 2017 MLB Draft, Lewis' career has been beset by injuries, including two torn anterior cruciate ligaments.
Also on Sunday, the Twins recalled outfielder DaShawn Keirsey Jr. from Triple-A St. Paul.
Keirsey, 28, batted.231 with four doubles and four RBIs in 10 games for the Saints after being optioned there on May 31.
In 45 games with the Twins this season, he is hitting .109 (7-for-64) with one home run and four RBIs.
